Speak with Shiva near the clocktower in the Plaza. Next, travel to the Residential District Interior and speak with Shanaya. Afterwards, make your way to the Town Outskirts and speak with Ranbir.

With everyone spoken to, return to Isabella in the Plaza and speak with her to complete the quest.

Activate the Device in the Lava Ruins
Backtrack through all the areas until you reach the first one then take the Menhir to The Lava Ruins. Once in the Lava Ruins, fast travel to the Ancient Workshop signpost.
Head left to reach the !. Approaching the ! will cause a dialog event! When it concludes, so will the quest!

Below is a walkthrough for Main Quest 26: Deeper Into the Ruins in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Search The Lava Ruins
Fast travel to Blizzard’s Point signpost then head right and approach the ! to trigger a dialog event. When it concludes head right into the next area then take the Menhir to reach The Lava Ruins. Once in the ruins, head right to the next area to trigger another dialog event.
Use the Menhir near the Lava Reservoir
Head to the signpost then fast travel to the Lava Reservoir. Once there, head right then move to The Lava Ruins via the map transition (you can see the Menhir in the background near this transition) then interact with the Menhir and solve the puzzle. Once it’s been solved, take it to the Runebarrows – Depths. When you arrive there, a dialog event will automatically trigger. After it ends, proceed forward 2 areas to trigger another dialog event.
Search the Runebarrows
Keep heading right, defeating enemies as you pass through the areas, until you reach the ! just before a chest. Approach it to trigger a dialog event. When it concludes, so will the quest!

Find 1 Stone Slab in the Runebarrows
Fast travel to the Grand Hall signpost then head left into the next area. Once in this area, head up and take the upper left map transition. Defeat the creature here then loot the item it drops. Once you’ve obtained the stone slab, return to Ilda in The Rune Quarter and speak with her to complete the quest.

Once you’ve gotten 3 Hardwood Lumber, return to Frida on Outlander Lane and speak with her to complete the quest.

Travel to the Plaza and speak with Shiva near the crumbled clocktower to trigger a long dialog event.
Speak with Urmila at the Pasturage
Head to the Pasturage and speak with Urmila to begin another dialog event.
Gather 3 Lumber from the Great Forest
If you don’t already have 3 Lumber in your inventory, set out for Great Forest and chop down some trees!
Get 10 Thunderbird Eggs on the Snowpeak
Fast travel to the Blizzard’s Point signpost then make your way left to the next area. Pick up the shiny objects on the ground until you receive 10 Thunderbird Eggs. You might have to exit the dungeon completely then get back into it to make more shiny objects spawn. (We had to!) Once you’ve gotten all the eggs, return to the Pasturage and speak with Urmila.
Try making a Town Delicacy at the Inn
Head on over to the Inn on Outlander Lane and speak with Rajiv.
Have the elders in the Plaza taste test the new delicacy
Travel to the Plaza and speak with Shiva. After the dialog event, the quest will complete.
