Talk to Self-Important Revenant in the Dried-Up Trenches after defeating the Ridge of Frozen Souls and completing his previous request to receive the map.
Den of Darkness
This map is given to you by Shang.
Den of the Dead
This map is located at the bottom of the stairs near the entrance of the tunnel when traveling from Ruined City Underground – Outer Crossroads to Ruined City Center – City Ruins Entrance. The item is on the ground near a corpse.
Flood of Impurity
This map is located near the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood Entrance mistle. Follow the stairs up (south) then enter the tunnel at the top. Follow the path to reach the ladder leading down to the long tunnel. Pass the ladder to find this map laying on the ground next to some supply boxes.
Misty Ruins
This map is located on the ground in the Crypt Spire. From the Crypt Spire Entrance mistle, take the flight of stairs leading up and follow the path forward until you reach a small circular room with a corpse against the right wall. Head straight to reach the ladder (a shortcut that you have to find) and climb up it. At the top of the ladder, take the spiral stairs up then exit the room to come to a circular platform with a hole in the middle. Head across the platform and enter the doorway leading to a narrow hallway. Follow the hallway through a circular room and another hallway to come to a small circular platform. Head across the walkway then take a left and head down the stairs. Follow this path down two sets of platforms and stairs to find the map in the middle of the last platform.
Rocky Ruins
Talk to Richard after beating the Crypt Spire boss, completing all three of Richard’s previous requests and the three requests from the Self-Important Revenant to receive this map.
Silent White
Talk to Shang after defeating the Ridge of Frozen Souls boss and completing his previous requests to receive this map.
Swirling Flood
Talk to Shang after defeating the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood boss and completing his previous requests to receive this map.
Town of Sacrifice
This map is located in the Dried-Up Trenches – Decayed Ship Interior. Climb up the ladder to find the map next to the Argent Wolf Soldier at the top.
Void District
From the Provisional Government Center – Provisional Government Center Entrance mistle, take the left path (when standing with the balcony behind you). When you come to the room with the really long hallway, take the first left through the door (shortcut). Head down three flights of stairs and follow the path through the next room to come to a ladder. Climb up the ladder to find the map.
Zero District
From the Provisional Government Outskirts – Government Square mistle, enter the nearby tunnel and follow it to the end to arrive at a ladder. Climb down the ladder to find the map at the bottom.
