Bring Victor a Turbo Granny
Head for Cirque du Goumaden in the Roppo Realm and speak with Victor there. He will tell you that he needs a Turbo Granny for his next experiment. That demon can be found in Arrow Sector 2F or Saizo Sector 2F at the Soul Matrix. You’ll need to speak with your recon demons until one of them brings Turbo Granny as a recruit. Alternatively, you can fuse one using some of the combinations below. See the Demon Locations and Dropped Items on where to find each of the demons. Once you have one, bring her to Victor to complete the request.
