Locate Eliza’s Necklace

Travel to Zafiro in Shinsando and talk to Mannequin. He’ll ask you to find Eliza’s Necklace and procure it for him. Head for the Mansei Realm and locate the Pompous Woman stating next to the entrance of Yang Yang Palace wearing a red leather jacket and black pants. When prompted, choose “It’s a request for Mannequin…” to receive the necklace. Return to Mannequin and talk with him to hand it over completing the request.
