Collect 6 Needle Crystaloid Alpha
Make your way to Soul Matrix Milady Sector 1F then explore the area speaking to your demons while they are doing recon. Occasionally they will give you a Needle Crystaloid Alpha. After you receive the 6th one, the directive will complete.
