Head for Bar Heidrun in Shinsando and speak with the Buzzed Man wearing a suit along the southern part of the bar. When you’re done, make your way over to Mansei Realm and speak with the Sad Man wearing a black skeleton hoodie just outside of COMP Smith to learn that Akira has been missing for months. Choose the bottom dialogue option to receive the Bloody COMP. Take the COMP back to Flamma at the Axis to analyze it completing the request.
