Deliver a Yoma Apsaras Demon
Make your way over to Cirque du Goumaden in the Roppo Realm then head inside and speak with Victor who will request you to provide him with a Yoma Apsaras. They can be found in both the Milady and Saizo Sector 3F. Once you have one, head back to Victor and speak with him to hand it over to complete the request.
