The container is located in between two beds on the second level of the house. To enter the house, you will need to jump up on a shipping container on the southeast side of the house and then jump into the second story window.
Data Pads

The data pad is located on a bed next to a corpse on the second level of the house. To enter the house, you will need to jump up on a shipping container on the southeast side of the house and then jump into the second story window.
2. Data Pad
The data pad is located on a metal crate on the first floor of the house.
