Unown Locations
Jubilife Village
H
The H Unown is located on the archway on the southern side of town, just past the housing on the way to the Practice Field.
W
The W Unown is located on the eye of the Magikarp atop Galaxy Hall. To reach it, head inside Galaxy Hall and make your way up to Kamado’s office on the third floor. Inside his office, exit through the doors on the right side, then swing around the walkway to reach the Unown.

The ? Unown is hanging from the window behind your quarters.
Obsidian Fieldlands
E
The E Unown is located on a small island in the lake east of Grueling Grove.
G
The G Unown is located on the side of the cliff at the top of the waterfall in Obsidian Falls.
I
The I Unown can be found behind the giant rock on the island in the middle of Lake Verity.
S
The S Unown can be found on the dam at Tidewater Dam.
X
The X Unown is located on a branch of the giant tree in Grandtree Arena.
Crimson Mirelands
A
The A Unown can be found on the backside of a house at the eastern side of Diamond Settlement.
D
The D Unown can be found at the Golden Lowlands. You’ll want to head to the campsite in the northern part of the area to find it sitting on a stump near the campfire.
K
The K Unown can be found on a stack of rocks just south of the Shrouded Ruins.
M
The M Unown is resting on a log in the battle ring just south of Sludge Mound.
V
The V Unown is located on a dead tree in Scarlet Bog.
Cobalt Coastlands
B
The B Unown is located at the base of the volcano near the alpha Ninetales. A Wing Ball makes catching this one easier!
N
The N Unown is located on one of the “horns” sticking up out of the water near Sand’s Reach.
Q
The Q Unown can be found in the middle of Spring Path in a tree next to the entrance of Turnback Cave.
R
The R Unown can be found at the tip of Veilstone Cape on the side of the cliff.
Z
The Z Unown can be found at the top of a mast on a wrecked boat at Deadwood Haunt.
Coronet Highlands
C
The C Unown can be found atop a column in the ruins to the east of Sacred Plaza.
F
The F Unown can be found atop the rock on the southern side of Ancient Quarry near the alpha Goodra.
J
The J Unown can be found high on a wall inside the Ancient Quarry.
L
The L Unown can be found in the Wayward Cave down a path just past a smashable rock.
P
The P Unown can be found hiding in a field of purple flowers at Fabled Spring.
Alabaster Icelands
O
The O Unown can be found on an ice column in the underground cave accessible via Avalanche Slopes (just after the “Slopes” on the map). This is the cave where you’ll find the alpha Frosslass.
T
The T Unown can be found in northern Avalugg’s Legacy atop an ice column.
U
The U Unown is located at the top of the large rock high above the eastern cliff near the lake in Heart’s Crag. It is located between the two waterfalls.
Y
The Y Unown can be found at Icebound Falls on the middle level of the frozen waterfall.
