The Plenty of Footage! trophy/achievement is obtainable after defeating ToadMan in Mega Man Battle Network 2 of the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Vol. 1.
This trophy/achievement becomes available early on in the game after reaching Marine Harbor via the Metroline. Once you’re there, head to the northwestern part of town to find a news crew. Speak with Ribitta and challenge her to a NetBattle. Defeat ToadMan to acquire the Plenty of Footage! trophy/achievement.
