How to Start the Waikiki Photo Rally
To kick off the Photo Rally, just keep playing the main story until you hit Chapter 5. Then, focus on the main objectives until you head to Alo-Happy Tours. That’s where you’ll dive into substory 31 Let’s Get Alo-Happy! Once you wrap that up, you can dive into substory 32 Tropical Photo Rally, which is when Photo Rally becomes available.
