Head to Le Marche on East Showa Street to trigger a cutscene.
Search for Karin
Talk to Thick Housewife standing by the entrance to Le Marche. She will tell you that she saw a child strolling towards Nakamichi Street.
Head to Nakamichi Street
Follow the objective to Nakamichi Street to find Karin under The Redlights XXX sign. Talk to Karin to trigger a cutscene.
Return to Genda Law Office
Head back to the law office to trigger a cutscene.
Head to the Love Hotel
Follow the objective to Hills Garden. Examine the sign in front of the love hotel to trigger a cutscene.
Defeat the Punk
Finish the battle to trigger another cutscene.
Investigate the Security Camera
Examine in the first picture (just before guy and girl enter the room with the elevator):

- Time of day

After examining the last picture, the punk destroys the laptop. Yagami will head back to Genda Law Office. The evidence that can prove how Karin-chan really feels is the torn envelope and ticket. The Old Receptionist will show up with a copy of the tape. Choose to buy the tape to trigger a cutscene. Case closed!
