Go to the Happy Family Rooftop
Head to the Happy Family Rooftop on Senryo Ave and into the blue circle. Interact with the circle to wait when prompted.
Find Someone Who Knows Cats
Head to Senryo Third Building 3F (same building as Modern Mahjong) and talk to the manager. The cat was seen wondering around Taihei Boulevard.
Head to Taihei Boulevard
Start your search in the blue circle on Taihei Boulevard. The cat is located in front of the Millennium Tower on a metal and glass structure. Interact with the cat to trigger a cutscene. The cat will run into the Millennium Tower.
Head to Millennium Tower
Head to the bottom floor of the Millennium Tower and go behind the League Kamurocho booth. Then look at the very top of the elevator shaft to find the cat.
Catch Zhuang Shi’s Attention
Fly your drone up to the cat to trigger a cutscene.
Defeat the Man in Black
Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene. You will need to pay 100,00 for the new gun mod to finish the case. When you gain control of the drone, fly up to the cat and engage in a drone battle. After you defeat the drone, you will need to chose whether or not you will help the Man in Black get the organization’s fortune by having the cat lead them to the warehouse where it is stored. We chose to not cooperate,h lead to another battle with the Man in Black. This time they will have weapons. After you defeat them, a cutscene will trigger. Case closed!
