Meet the Client at Hotel New Deborah
Head to Hotel New Deborah in Theater Square and interact with the woman in blue sitting next to the window when you first walk in on the left to trigger a cutscene.
Find the Diamond Ring
Head to Ebisu Pawn south of the Yagami Detective Agency and talk to the man behind the counter.
Gather Intel for a Sushi Restaurant
Head to Sushi Gin and talk to the owner behind the counter. Show the owner the Composite Sketch as evidence. He will then tell us that Wakahara, the former employee, usually hangs out at Volcano in Theater Square.
Head to Volcano
Head to Theater Square near the Mantai Internet Cafe to trigger a brief cutscene.
Search for Wakahara
Wakahara is located across from the pachinko parlor in front of a metal box.
Capture Wakahara
Chase after Wakahara until you get close enough to capture him.
Defeat Wakahara
Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene. Case closed!
