Search for Gamo
Gamo can be found in Cafe Alps Alley (behind Cafe Alps), sitting next to a burn pit. Interact with him to trigger a cutscene.
Defeat Gamo
Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene. Be warned that Gamo has 5 health bars, so make sure you bring plenty of healing items. After you defeat him, a brief cutscene will trigger. Case closed!
