Scan the Vista Point Tower
The tower can be found west of Plainsong.
Find Where the Vista Point Image Was Taken
The image can be taken at the old observation tower above the middle and right windmills (when facing the windmills from the high ledge). The building to the left of the lookout has a Lost Treasures of the Indian Ocean Datapoint.
