Below is a walkthrough for the Level 30 Mine Launchers contract in Horizon Forbidden West. To obtain this quest, approach the Salvage Contractor: The Raintrace to find people fighting a pair of Stalkers. After defeating them, the leader will ask you to find the mine launchers.
Search the Camp for Mine Launchers
Travel northeast of the Salvage Contractor: The Raintrace towards the objective.
Gather 3 Stalker Mine Launchers
Shoot off 3 Stalker Mine Launchers, which are located on the sides of their back legs then defeat the enemies. Afterwards, collect the launchers. If you defeat the pair of Launchers before shooting off all 3 launchers, the objective will update, taking you to another site with Stalkers.
Give the Mine Launchers to the Oseram Leader
Travel back to the Salvage Yard and speak with Danur to complete the quest.
