In God of War Ragnarök, you can obtain The Lost Treasure favor by speaking with the Elder Wayfarer Spirit at Dragon Beach after the Forging Destiny main quest.
Find the treasure in Alberich Hollow
From Dragon Beach, make your way across the wooden bridge and work your way through Alberich Hollow. In a tunnel, you’ll face off against the Ormstunga boss. Defeat the creature then continue progressing forward. Loot the legendary chest just after the boss.
Find the spirit’s son
Sail your boat to Alberich Island which is north of Alberich Hollow then use your spear on the wooden beams. Climb on up and speak with the spirit.
Find the treasure on Alberich Island
After you speak with the spirit, work your way through this island to find the legendary chest at the top of the southern island of Alberich Island.
Return to the spirit’s father
Head back to Alberich Hollow and speak with the Elder Wayfarer Spirit.
