Below is a walkthrough for the Song of the Sands favor in God of War Ragnarok. You’ll automatically obtain this favor when you reach The Forbidden Sands.
Find the Hafgufa cave entrance
Travel to the center of The Forbidden Sands to find a cave then descend. At the bottom, you’ll enter The Burrows. Work your way through this area.
When you reach the area with all the growths with a red orb in the middle, you’ll need to line three red orbs up then throw your axe through them. Start by using the grapple point on the left side then throw the axe at the wall to reveal a crystal. Throw your axe at the crystal to eliminate the first set of red orbs. Return to the starting point then throw the axe through the red orbs to eliminate the second set. Grapple back to the other side then throw the axe through those red orbs to eliminate the third set. All the orbs should then be gone and that part of the creature freed. Continue working your way up through the area towards the entrance of the The Burrows.
When you exit The Burrows, head southwest a short way and chop the growth to free the Hafgufas. The Full Gufa trophy will trigger and the favor will complete!
