To obtain the Bloodthirsty Blossoms – Ginpei quest, examine the red cherry blossom tree to the far southeast of Akitsu Shrine.

Defeat the enemies
Defeat all waves of enemies that spawn.
Cleanse the cherry blossom tree
Interact with the trunk and use the hand seal to release the energy. Afterwards, the quest will complete.
