Below is a walkthrough for the Teeny Tiny Fish side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. To obtain this quest, speak with Dory in the Town Outskirts after completing the game.
Catch 3 Choice Fish in the Great Forest
Fast travel to the Fishing Spot signpost then start fishing. Keep fishing until you finally catch 3 Choice Fish! After you have the fish, return to Dory in the Town Outskirts to complete the quest.
