Below is a walkthrough for the Light as a Feather side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. To obtain this quest, speak with Frida on Outlander Lane.
Obtain a Bandit Cape
Fast travel to Hellhound Lake in The Great Forest then make your way to the far right. Break the earth pillar then continue to the next area. On the far right side of this area near a green pillar, you’ll find a level 30 bandit. Defeat it then loot the item that drops. With having successfully grabbed the Bandit Cape, return to Frida on Outlander Lane to complete the quest.
