Below is a walkthrough for the Apothecary Opening Day side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. You’ll have to complete this quest during the Trouble in the Quarry main quest.
Head to the end of the Residential District
Make your way left of the Residential District to reach the Residential District Interior where you’ll find an !. Approach it to trigger a dialog event.
Head to Outlander Lane
Travel to Outlander Lane and go just past the Smithy to find a !.
Head to Second Street
Take the map transition to Second Street. Speak with Robert in Second Street to complete the quest.
