Find an Elf in The Great Forest
Fast travel to the Forest Cave in The Great Forest then drop all the way down to the bottom. On the ground level of this area, speak with Krenowel.
Report to Erwle
Return to Erwle in The Rune Quarter and speak with her to complete the quest.
