Return to the Chapel of the Resurrection on Saint Paul Island and speak with the Plague Witch.
Hunt the Overcharger at night
Travel to the objective on the eastern side of Muddy Grounds to find the Overcharger and defeat it. It goes down easy if you use a bow/crossbow!
Collect the ingredients
Loot the corpse.
Bring the ingredients to the Plague Witch
Return to the Plague Witch and speak with her to complete the quest.
