Get a new hunt from the Plague Witch
Speak with the Plague Witch in the Chapel of Resurrection on Saint Paul Island.
Hunt the Rabid Goon
Travel to the objective on the western side of Muddy Grounds near the Smokehouse settlement to find the goon and kill it.
Collect the ingredients
After you defeat it, loot the corpse.
Bring the ingredients to the Plague Witch
Return to the Plague Witch and speak with her to complete the quest.
