Below is a walkthrough on the Renegades side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. After completing the Orders story quest, you’ll receive a radio call and automatically acquire this quest.
Help the Survivors
Travel to the Culvert Island landmark in northeastern Garrison.
Kill the Renegades on the island
Defeat all the enemies on the little island. Be warned that there is a Renegade Elite here!
Talk to the survivors
Head over to the blue door on the building to speak with the survivor.
Find the survivors taken prisoner
Travel west to the objective then lockpick the door to enter the building.
Search the Renegade camp for information
Inspect the skeleton on the table.
Find the survivors taken prisoner
Head to the next objective to the south to find the Renegades’ camp. Lockpick the hard door to trigger more dialog. Afterwards, travel southwest to find the Renegades.
Kill the Renegades
Defeat the enemies!
Free the imprisoned survivors
Travel to the next objective to find more enemies on a rooftop. Defeat them then head inside and continue clearing out the bad guys. Unlock the door on the upper floor to complete the quest.
