Return to Driscoll and speak with him.
Deliver the package to the marked location
Travel to the objective in the northern part of Downtown just past the Smokehouse. Knock on the door to deliver the message.
Return to the Carriers Guild
Return to Driscoll and speak with him to complete the quest.
