This journal can be found in a white tent across from the workbench at the starting area of the SoLA DLC.

The second Dead Island 2 SoLA DLC Conspiracy Board journal can be found on a desk with a bunch of computers on it along the border of the Utopia area.
#3 A-C-G-T
This journal can be found by interacting with the SKOPE on the second level at the Fusion Point.
#4 Potentiality Analysis
The 4th Conspiracy Board journal can be found in The Soul Star tent in the Eco Village.
#5 Happy BDay 01/23/73
The fifth Conspiracy Board journal can be found on a cabinent under a BRINK sign in The Earth Star tent in the Eco Village.
#6 Something Wicked
This journal can be found on the lower level of the Eclipse Club.
