To obtain the Organ Donor side quest in Dead Island 2, speak with Trent post game in the Blue Crab at Venice Beach. For this quest, you’ll need to collect zombie parts. Up north, you’ll need to knock out the Bronze then Silver and finally Gold. Afterwards, collect an Oversized Arm.
In the south, head inside the sewer tunnel then defeat the Bursters inside. Afterwards, collect the Blast Gland.
Once you’ve gotten the nasty body parts, return to Trent and speak with him to complete the quest. As a reward, you’ll receive 4,000 XP.
