To find the Electricians Keys needed for the Electrician’s Toolbox in Dead Island 2, travel to the pit on the northwestern side of Ocean Avenue.
There you’ll find the Faulty Electrician. Take him out then loot the Electrician’s Keys. Now that you have the keys, travel to the apartment building at the location shown below on the map.
Once there, make your way up to the third floor and check the closet to find the Electrician’s Toolbox.
Unlock the toolbox to find the Superior Ranged Mutilator Mod.
