Follow the objective to the northern part of the Cascade. When you reach your destination, a cutscene will trigger.
Infiltrate The Nero Landing Zone
Head northeast a little ways to locate the helicopter on the ground next to a lake.
Follow O’Brian
Follow O’Brian moving from bush to bush while keeping your distance.
Confront O’Brian
When O’Brian stops, wait for the guard to leave, then approach him to trigger a cutscene.
