Tartarus Arqa Gatekeeper Floors
28th Floor
- Will O’ Wisp Raven x1
- weak to ice
- Lightning Eagle
- weak to wind
The first gatekeeper of the Tartarus Arqa area is the Will O’ Wisp Raven accompanied by a pair of Lightning Eagles. For this fight you’ll want to hit the raven with ice attacks while attacking the eagles with wind based attacks. Knock them all down by hitting their weaknesses to deal some extra damage with an all-out attack. The raven will attack with Agilio while the eagles using zio so make sure to keep an eye on Yukari and whatever persona you put on the Protag.
Make sure you are healed up and prepared before heading to Floor 35. You’ll be facing foes on Floors 35 and 36 without being able to save between.
35th Floor
- Heretic Magus x1
- weak to electric
- Grievous Table x2
- weak to ice
The second gatekeeper of Tartarus Arqa is the Heretic Magus accompanied by 2 Grievous Tables. You’ll want to attack the magus with electric attacks while hitting the tables with ice. Watch out for the magus’ wind attacks that could be a problem for Junpei.
36th Floor
- Disturbing Dice
- no weaknesses
- Slaughter Twins
- weak to electric
This fight might be a bit tougher then normal because the dice doesn’t have any weakness. You might get lucky using physical attacks to trigger a critical hit on it. Follow up that by attacking the twins with electric attacks to trigger an all-out attack once all three enemies have been knocked down. Keep an eye on the dice though. It like to inflict status ailments that can do things like preventing a character from switching.
42nd Floor
- Clairvoyant Relic
- No weaknesses
The final gatekeep of the Arqa area is definitely the hardest. It has no weaknesses and blocks light and dark attacks. The annoying thing about it is the relic can cast ice, fire, wind and electric skills dealing medium damage meaning it will actively target your party’s weaknesses to get off multiple attacks. It can also decrease the party’s defense to deal some massive damage. For this fight, we used Junpei, Akihiko and the Protag to attack while having Hikari heal the whole time. You’ll also want to use skill to decrease the relic’s attack and defense while buffing the party.
47th Floor
- Servant Tower x1
- weak to dark
- Enslaved Cupid x2
- weak to electric
Thought the last gatekeeper was the last one, didn’t ya? Not! Now that we can head further through the area with a capable new guide, you’ll have to face the Servant Tower accompanied by a pair of Enslaved Cupids. The cupids are weak to electric. The servant tower resists ice and wind attacks, repels electric and blocks fire and light. It can also summon more cupids to help it in battle.
54th Floor
- Lascivious Lady x1
- no weakness
- Profligate Gigas x2
- weak to wind
The next gatekeeper will be the Lascivious Lady accompanied by two Profligate Gigas. The Lascivious Lady has no weaknesses and blocks all elemental damage. You’ll have to take care of her the old fashion way. She also will cast stagnant air which makes the everyone more susceptible to status ailments and follows that up by inflicting charm or distress. The two gigas’ are weak to wind and will buff each other’s attacks to deal extra damage. This would be a good fight to use the newly acquired Theurgy to make the fight a bit easier.
60th Floor
- Fleetfooted Cavalry
- no weaknesses
Our next powerful enemy is the Fleetfooted Cavalry. It has no weaknesses, blocks both light and dark attacks along with draining wind attacks. He’ll also lower the party’s accuracy/evasion and attacks with moves like arrow rain that can hit the whole party. This is another good battle to utilize your Theurgy. The enemy is also susceptible to status ailments like charm and freeze so that could help when taking him on.
