VAMPYR Review – Back From the Dead
VAMPYR takes place in 19th century London and is centered around the renowned doctor Jonathan Reid following his return home after the war. His homecoming is short-lived however. Soon after his return, Jonathan awakens as a newly turned vampire in the middle of an epidemic sweeping across the country. It soon becomes clear that if London is going to survive, it will be up to Jonathan to find the source of the epidemic and stop it.

Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Curse of the Pharaohs Review – The Mummies Return
Taking place four years after the events of the main game, The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC kicks off with Bayek receiving an urgent letter from Amunet. It mentions rumors about the possibility of another relic thus sending Bayek to the city of Thebes. He arrives to witness the city under attack by an ancient pharaoh. Bayek quickly learns that a curse is plaguing the city, causing deceased pharaohs to run rampant in the streets. The Pharaohs are attacking the citizens of Thebes as punishment for thieves ransacking and desecrating their tomb. It falls to Bayek to stop the curse and find the relic before the evil forces at work can have their way.
Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Hidden Ones Review – Long Live the Creed
The Hidden Ones takes place four years after the main story of Assassin’s Creed Origins. The people of Sinai have begun revolting against the Romans. In one massacre, two agents of the Hidden Ones were killed protecting civilians caught up in the battle. Tahira, the leader of the Hidden Ones, blames herself for their deaths and is struggling to keep her Hidden Ones together in addition to forming an alliance with the leader of the local rebels. Tahira is in desperate need of Bayek’s council.

Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice is a third person story driven hack-n-slash esque game that follows Senua, a Celtic warrior, on her quest into Helheim to save the soul of her lover from Hela. She will have to traverse the dark underworld conquering its many trials if she hopes to defeat its ruler and save her beloved.
What Remains of Edith Finch Review – Twisted Roots
What Remains of Edith Finch is a first-person story-based game where the player takes on the role of Edith Finch. Edith, being that last surviving member of the Finch line, returns to her family home to uncover the dark history surrounding her family. As you progress through the house via hidden passages, Edith talks about the history of the house and the family members that once occupied it.
Kingdom Come Deliverance Review – The Life of a Peasant
Kingdom Come Deliverance is an open-world action RPG that takes place in the country of Bohemia during the year 1403. You play as Henry, the son of a blacksmith. What starts out as any other day ends up turning Henry’s whole life upside down. This event, that happens early in the game, causes Henry to set out on a quest of vengeance to track down those who wronged him. During his quest, Henry will meet new and exciting people and partake in new experiences that will not only help him grow as a person but find his place in the world.
