Below is a walkthrough for the Use a Spell Seal task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Livia
Objective: Use your Spell Seal to catch a monster
Reward(s): 7500G
After accepting this request from the Task Board, Livia will show up and task you with using your Spell Seal on a monster. Exit the town via the eastern gate then follow the path south towards the Whispering Woods. You will come across a few monsters here. Use your spell seal on them until you capture/befriend one then return to the Task Board to complete the task.
Notes:
This task might not show up on the Task Board until after you have a Monster Barn.
Below is a walkthrough for the Mine Ore task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Fuuka
Objective: Mine an iron from ore
Reward(s): Amethyst x1
After accepting the task from the Task Board, Fuuka will show up and ask you to mine some iron from ore. The easiest place to do this would be at the Whispering Woods. Travel there and search around for ore veins. Smash them with your hammer until you find an iron then return to the Task Board to complete the quest. You might want to check the area just before the depths with the goblin monsters. There tend to be a few ore veins there.
Notes:
In order to mine ore, you’ll first need to have the hammer. This can be received from the Gather Material Stone task.
Below is a walkthrough for the Harvest a Potato task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Lucy
Objective: Harvest a potato from your farm
Reward(s): New Shop Inventory (Raddis Seeds)
After accepting this task from the Task Board, Lucy will show up and challenge you to harvest a potato. If you don’t have any Potato Seeds, you should be able to buy them from the General Store for 80G each. When you have the seeds, plant some at your farm and make sure to water them every day. It takes 7 days for the potatoes to be harvestable. Once you harvest your first one, return to the Task Board to complete the request.
Below is a walkthrough for the Capture the Goblin Archer task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Livia
Wanted: Goblin Archer
Location: Phoros Woods (Sighted in the southern region)
Reward(s): Cooking Bread x1
In order to start this task, you’ll need to speak with Livia in her office at the Silo and choose the I want to check the wanted monster list option. You can then select to capture the Goblin Archer. Â Travel to the Phoros Woodlands (east of Rigbarth) then follow the path east (south takes you to the Whispering Woods). When you reach a split, follow the path southeast where eventually you’ll come to a wooden bridge. To the right of the bridge, there will be a cave with a river running through the middle. The Archer Goblin can be found on either side of the cave. Approach the monster and attempt to capture it. You will need to deal some damage to the monster to make it easier to subdue it. Once you successfully capture it, return to Livia and speak with her to complete the task.
Below is a walkthrough for the Catch a Wanted Monster task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Livia
Objective: Hunt down the wanted monster
Reward(s): Wind Slash
After accepting the task from the Task Board, Livia will show up and task you with catching a wanted monster. You’ll then need to head into the Silo and speak with Livia in her office (or somewhere around there). When prompted, choose I want to check the wanted monster list. You’ll then be shown the bounties on the currently wanted monsters. Choose one of the available monsters then set out to locate and capture them. When your task is completed, return to the Task Board to turn in the task. If you look below, there are three guides on the first three Wanted Monsters that you can use to locate the monster you chose to hunt.
Below is a walkthrough for the Capture the Fairy task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Livia
Wanted: Fairy
Location: Phoros Woodlands (sighted in the Central Region)
Reward(s): Farming Bread x1
To start this request, speak with Livia in her office at the Silo and choose the I want to check the wanted monster list option. You’ll then want to select the Fairy wanted posted to begin the hunt. Make your way to the Phoros Woodlands east of Rigbarth then follow the path east. When you reach the split (past the southern path leading to the Whispering Woods) take the southeastern path and follow it until you come to a wooden bridge. Cross the bridge the head off to the left (going northeast) to find a pond. The Fairy can be found somewhere around this pond. You going to want to put some pressure on her with physical attacks to whittle her health down low enough to capture her. Watch out for her wind attack as it can deal massive damage and even one-shot those who are too low a level. After catching the Fairy, return to Livia in the Silo to complete the task and receive your reward.
There are 12 total Lucky Dice that can be found at Shattergrave Barrow in Tiny Tina’s Wonderland. Below are the locations of these Lucky Dice. For a guide on all the collectibles in this area, click here!
Lucky Dice 1
This dice is located inside the house with the vending machines near the start of the area. To reach the room, hit the wall on the north side of the house next to the dice.
Lucky Dice 2
This dice can be found in the graveyard.
Lucky Dice 3
This dice can be found in an open grave on the western side of the Shattergrave Barrow – The Barrow Gates area.
Lucky Dice 4
After opening the chest in the mausoleum as part of the story, head through the mausoleum and make your way to the ledge on the west side to find this dice behind a tombstone.
Lucky Dice 5
This dice can be found on a hill in the middle of the Shattergrave Barrow.
Lucky Dice 6
This dice can be found along the outside of the western wall of the ruined church.
Lucky Dice 7
This dice can be found in a side room on the eastern side of the church.
Lucky Dice 8
This dice can be found on a small ledge beneath a chest northwest of the Shattergrave Barrow – The Grave Nave fast travel point.
Lucky Dice 9
This dice can be found on a high platform. In the room with the crab spiders, you’ll have to jump along the edges of the room to proceed forward. Instead of heading to the next area, turn around and look up to your right to find the dice.
Lucky Dice 10
From the above dice, continue following the path until you reach a set of stone stairs leading up to a building with a purple emblem above the door. The dice will be found on the right side of the stairs behind some barrels.
Lucky Dice 11
This dice can be found in the room with the swinging axe. It is actually located in the nook the axe swings into.
Lucky Dice 12
This dice can be found in a side room on the east side after dropping down into the area below just after an altar.

Lost Marbles
Lost Marble 1
To reach this marble hanging in a rope net, make your way to the second level of Izzy’s Fizzies then head out to a balcony to find a wooden plank. From the plank, jump to the adjacent roof. From there, you’ll be able to jump onto the marble.
Lost Marble 2
This marble can be found after blowing up the ocean as part of the story. Head to the large building directly east of the portal then take the stairs next to the portal to go underneath the stone archway where you’ll find a hole in the grate.
Enter the hole and slide down the take the ladder up to find the marble. To get out of this area, pull the lever near the gate.

Poetry Page 1
This poetry page can be found after defeating the Shattergrave Barrow boss and being teleported back to Brighthoof. It’s located on a balcony south of the vending machines south of Brighthoof – Chestnut Gate.
Poetry Page 2
This poetry page can be found directly west of the Brighthoof – Chestnut Gate on the mast of a ship. To reach it, head to the small boat suspended in the air to the west of the building then jump to the roof of the building.
From there, walk across the rope bridge to reach the mast!

This scroll can be found on the second level of Izzy’s Fizzies in a small room.
Submission Denied
This scroll can be found on the captain’s desk on the second level of the large building directly west of the vending machines south of Brighthoof – Chestnut Gate.
The Yumming
After blowing up the ocean as part of the story, look for a little barrel in the sand with rope coming out of it leading up to the deck above where it’s attached to a cannon.
Shoot the barrel to cause the cannon to fire, opening a room across the way. Head on over to this room and defeat the Brigands then claim the scroll.
