Speak with the Mysterious Girl and agree to help her out. You’ll need to bring her a mystique that can be received by leveling up a demon up to where they have no more moves to learn. Once you have misitque you don’t mind parting with, speak to the girl and select it from the list. This will complete the request.

Below is a walkthrough for the Inhumanity hero quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. We automatically received this quest during The Illusion Returns standard quest.
For the first task, fast travel to the City then make your way to the objective in the southeastern corner and speak with Hollis. Next, speak with the Doctor’s Aide in the residential quarters. When the cutscene is done, interact with the door to send Sena inside. Afterwards, head to a rest spot and discuss the No. 7 topic. Next stop is Colony Lambda in the Pentelas Region. Once you’re there, speak with the Lambda Soldier at the Commissary then fast travel to the canteen in the City. When you’ve arrived, head downstairs and interact with the kitchen to trigger a cutscene. With your dish crafted, head back to No. 7 and interact with her door. After the cutscene, speak with Segiri. When you’re ready, give Segiri the order to continue with the dialog.
Once you’re done speaking with Segiri, fast travel to the Aetia Region and head to the objective just east of the Nocclia Mire landmark. When you arrive, interact with the machine then follow the objective into the cave and across the purple poison. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by Consul F. After the cutscene, head deeper into the colony to trigger another cutscene followed by a fight with five Level 53/54 Colony 0 Battlegroup. Defeat them to complete the quest.

Defeat it then return to Oleshandra in Colony 4 to complete the quest.

Next, head to the objective at Piula Path to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, you’ll be tasked with gathering 2 Thick Ories Shanks. Defeat the Mant Ories in the area until they drop 2 Thick Ories Shanks. After you’ve collected both items, return to Ladras Camp rest spot to trigger a cutscene. When the cutscene concludes, head to the nearby transport and speak with the Armory Pilot to return to the City. After the cutscene, fast travel to the Module Warehouse in the northeastern corner of the City. Next, follow the tracks until a cutscene triggers. Once it concludes, fast travel to the Astelle Harbor landmark in the central part of the City to trigger another cutscene. Afterwards, fast travel to the War Room and speak with Travis to complete the quest.

After the cutscene, continue following along the path until another cutscene triggers. Keep following the path to trigger yet another cutscene. Rest at the Tsang Camp rest spot then proceed forward to Colony Omega. Defeat the Level 51/52 Colony Omega Force standing in your way. Afterwards, continue into Colony Omega. Once there, defeat the large group of soldiers at the objective. After the cutscene, you’ll need to fight the 3 Level 53 Colony Omega Pipers. Defeat them to trigger a cutscene followed by a fight with the Level 54 Moebius Y. Defeat him to complete the quest!

Below is a walkthrough for the Side Story: Lanz hero quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on a conversation at the Fuller Elevator Landing landmark in the Great Sword Base then head to a rest spot and discuss the Curious About Training topic. We obtained this conversation towards the end of the Joulietta and Romero standard quest.
Travel to the objective in the southwestern corner of the City to trigger a cutscene. After it’s finished, travel to Serene Square landmark in the central part of the City to trigger another cutscene. Next, make way for the War Room!
Afterwards, Cadensia Region will be the next spot, specifically Morrack Inlet landmark on the southern side. When the cutscene concludes, head down the path traveling south until another cutscene triggers. Once you gain control, keep following the path south until a cutscene triggers. Upon gaining control, hug the right side and when you reach the next objective interact with the cargo. This cutscene will be followed by a fight against the Level 47 Garvel Team. Defeat them then take out the Level 48 Moebius H! When the cutscene completes, so will the quest.
