Defeat the Demon in Subway Line 14
Head to Cirque de Goumaden in the Roppo Realm to trigger an event with Nana. When it concludes, make your way to Subway Line 14 to trigger a quick cutscene with Nana. When it concludes, use the portal to travel to the Lower Area South Room. You’ll then need to head to a room in the northeastern corner. Upon entering the room, you’ll be alerted of a dangerous presence. Choose to proceed then defeat the Level 46 Zoma Lost Woman. She’s weak to physical and gun attacks. After defeating her, a second Lost Number will show up then flee. Follow it to a room on the northwestern side of the Lower Area just before the map transition to the Lowest Area. Interact with the room to be warned of a dangerous presence. Choose to proceed then defeat the Level 49 Zoma Lost Knight. It’s weak to Ruin attacks. It resists Physical, Fire, Ice and Electric. It also drains Gun and Force attacks. After you defeat it, the request will complete.

Speak with him to begin a fight against the Level 46 Vile Pazuzu. He’s weak to Ice attacks. After defeating him, travel to COMP Smith in the Mansei Realm and speak with the Sad Man wearing a black hoodie near the entrance to hand over the Bloody COMP. Afterwards, return to Flamma in the Axis to complete the request.

Find What’s Causing the Abnormalities
Travel to Hachigaya Training Field from the world map to trigger a dialog event. When it concludes, work your way down to the 3rd floor. In the center of the room, you’ll find a lost number. Approach it to start a battle against a level 51 Zoma Lost Samurai. Its resists all attack types so you’ll want to bring a couple of demons that remove resistance to attacks. Once you defeat him, continue heading lower to the 7th floor to find another Lost Number in the center of the room. Approach it to start a boss fight against two level 56 Zoma Zenon Type-0 demons. These enemies don’t have a weakness. As they get low on health, they’ll summon other Lost Numbers to help. Defeat them then return to the Madame at the club to complete the request.
