While exploring Hogwarts and the surrounding areas in Hogwarts Legacy, you’re bound to come across statues that look like an owl holding an orb. These little guys are called Demiguise Statues and are one of the many collectibles in the game. If you approach the statue at night, you’ll be able to collect the Demiguise Moon it’s guarding causing the statue to disappear. This particular collectible won’t be obtainable until you are introduced to it during The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament main quest during the Prepare for Your Search for the Final Keeper chapter. Hogwarts Legacy – Venomous Revenge
by in The Venomous Revenge side quest in Hogwarts Legacy becomes available during the main quest to Prepare for Your Search for the Final Keeper main chapter after completing a couple of the main quests. Travel behind the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade to find a man muttering to himself. Speak with him to learn his name is Ackley Barnes and that he was cut out of his herbology trading village. He’ll then ask you to steal his ex-partner’s Venomous Tentacula. You can choose to steal the one he’s asking about or bring him another posing it as the one he asked you to steal.
If you decided to steal the plant, travel to Lawley’s Cellar between Zonko’s Joke Shop and J. Pippin’s Potions then head inside. Sneak past Mr. Lawley heading deeper into the cellar. In the next section, you’ll have to defeat some spiders that will jump you. This will clear the path leading to the Venomous Tentacula. There are also ample plants you can collect while you here. After you grab the Tentacula, return to Mr. Barnes to hand it over completing the quest. You receive 300 gold and an appearance for Dragonhide Herbologist Gloves.
If you decided to find another way, you can buy a Venomous Tentacula from Dogweed and Deathcap the deliver that to him in place of the one he asked you to steal. You’ll still receive 300 gold (500 if you asked to be paid) and the Dragonhide Herbologist Gloves. Please note that after this quest completes, you’ll still be able to go into the cellar and loot whatever you’d like!

Hogwarts Legacy – Follow the Butterflies
by in The Follow the Butterflies side quest in Hogwarts Legacy becomes available during the Complete the First Keeper Trial main quest. Travel to Hogsmeade then make your way to the Three Broomsticks. Speak with Clementine Willardsey near the broom rack. She’ll ask you to follow some butterflies into the Forbidden Forest to see where they go. Agree to help her then travel to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame. Head under the archway and across the bridge following the path into the forest. After progressing a short way, you’ll come across a group of butterflies. Follow them through the forest and eventually, they’ll make a chest appear.
Open it to receive a Small Potion Station conjuration. Return to Clementine to report your findings completing the quest. You’ll also receive a Flower Box conjuration.

Hogwarts Legacy – A Friend In Deed
by in The A Friend in Deed side quest in Hogwarts Legacy becomes available during the main quest to Prepare for Your Search for the Final Keeper main chapter after completing a few of the main quests. It can be obtained from Sirona Ryan at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade. Speak with her there and she’ll ask you to check up on her old friend Mrs. Sprottle along with grabbing a box of her stuff while you’re there.
Travel to Upper Hogsfield to find Mrs. Sprottle tending to her vegetable garden. Speak with her and she will ask you to assist with collecting Horklumps for her. She will also mention that her husband dropped the box of letters in a cavern southwest of the hamlet in the hills. Set out for this cavern (Horklump Hollow) on your broomstick then head inside.
Follow the path by burning the vines along the way with fire spells and breaking objects with Depulso to progress. Make sure to collect the Horklumps you come across along the way. Eventually, you’ll end up in a giant room with a troll. You can either defeat it or sneak past it. Near the exit of the cavern, you’ll find the crate and 5 letters scattered on the ground nearby. Collect them then return to Mrs. Sprottle to deliver the plants. After that, bring the letters to Sirona to complete the quest. You’ll receive a Keg Shelf configuration.

Hogwarts Legacy – Ghost of Our Love
by in The Ghost of Our Love side quest in Hogwarts Legacy is obtained in a different manner for each house during the Tell Professor Fig About the Map Chamber main quest. For Gryffindors, the Map with Floating Candles can be found on a stone coffin in the cemetery where Sir Nicholas takes you. For Hufflepuffs, you can loot the map from a chest in Upper Hogsfield.
Once you have the map, travel to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame on the road between Hogwarts and Hogsmeade. You’ll then need to wait until night. Approach the stone bridge to the west (there will be a love letter on the end if you haven’t collected it yet) and cast Lumos.
This will cause candles to appear. Follow the candles to their destination causing a chest to appear. Open the chest to receive the Treasure-Seeker’s Scarf appearance completing the quest.

4. This chest can be found next to a wooden crate on the north side of the lake on the north side of town.
