by In Octopath Traveler II, you can perform different Path Actions to acquire information from people. These Path Actions include Temenos’ Coerce, Hikari’s Bribe, Osvald’s Scrutinize and Castti’s Inquire. Different Path Actions can be performed at different times of day. For example, Inquire and Scrutinize can only be used during the day while Bribe and Coerce can only be used at night.
