Star Wars Outlaws | Rejected Intel Guide

by NightlyGamingBinge in

Welcome to NGB and our Star Wars Outlaws guide on the Rejected intel. In this guide, we’ll cover how you can obtain the intel and the steps needed to finish it successfully.

How to Start the Rejected Intel

To begin the Rejected intel, speak with Lalini Ledeno, who is a smuggler for the Crimson Dawn, in Mirogana on Toshara. You’ll find out that this shady merchant won’t do business without a password!

Rejected Intel Walkthrough

After starting the intel, you’ll need to ask someone in the Mirogana Market for the password. From Lalini Ledeno, head west along the path and go up the small flight of stairs. Just before the market, head up the flight of stairs on your right. At the top of the stairs, take a left and head down to the last building where you’ll find a couple standing at a bar.

Star Wars Outlaws Rejected Intel Password Location

Approach the counter next to them then select to listen in on their conversation to learn that the password for the shady merchant is “a friend of Arlo”! This will complete the Rejected intel. Make sure to return to Lalini Ledeno and use the password to check out his wares! If you’d like to preview his (and all the other merchants in this area) wares, be sure to check out our guide on where to purchase items on Toshara!

How to Start the Starfield UC Wants You! Mission

area image of the Vanguard Recruitment Office where you'll start the Starfield UC Wants You! Mission

To start the mission, you’ll want to travel to Gagarin Landing on planet Gagarin in the Alpha Centauri System. Once you’ve arrived head to the Vanguard Recruitment Office and speak with Zinaida Kuipers there. Tell her you’re looking for work and she’ll ask you to help deliver recruitment materials to several local businesses. She also mentions that she’ll throw in a bonus if you can convince them to actually put out the materials.

Starfield UC Wants You Mission Guide

Drop off the Recruitment Materials

For this mission, you’ll need to deliver some recruitment materials to 3 local businesses and as stated in the how-to section above, if you can convince them to actually put out the materials, you’ll receive a bonus reward.

Lizzy Ajello

The first stop on the distribution list is the watering hole on the north side of Gagarin Landing. Speak with Lizzy behind the bar and tell her you’re dropping some recruitment materials. You’ll then need to pass a persuasion check to get her to actually put them up, otherwise, they’ll be making a trip to the incinerator.

Dr. Keala

Head south from the watering hole to reach the Clinic. Head inside and speak with Dr. Keala to drop off the recruitment materials. Just like with Lizzy, you’ll need to pass a persuasion check to get her to put them up.

Chief Pretorius

Exit the Clinic and continue heading north to arrive at the UC Security Office. Enter the building and speak with Chief Pretorius letting her know you’re here to drop off the recruitment materials. Unlike the others, she will just put them up on her own!

Return to Zinaida

Return to Zinaida in the recruitment office to let her know that the job is done (and hopefully that the materials will all be displayed). She’ll thank you for your help rewarding with some credits. If you managed to convince them all to put up the flyers, she’ll give you a little extra money.

If you’re here looking for help with a particular mission objective, be sure to check out our quick links section which should point you in the right direction!

How to Start the Starfield Two Tales Two Cities Mission

To start the Two Tales Two Cities mission, you’ll need to speak with Sergeant Yumi in the UCSEC building just past the New Atlantis launch pad on Jemison in the Alpha Centauri System and ask him if he has any work for you. To get this specific quest, you’ll need to have completed all of Yumi’s quests up to this point. After that’s done, he should ask you to look into an attempted vandalization that occurred in the Embassy District.

When we did this quest, we had also completed the United Colonies Faction questline already. If this quest isn’t triggering for you, then try coming back after you finish the questline.

Starfield Two Tales Two Cities Mission Guide

Investigate the Incident at Embassy District

Starfield Two Tales Two Cities Mission graffiti on the wall

Head over to the NAT and use it to travel to the MAST District. Once you arrive at the NAT station there, take a left and head over to the wall where the officers are trying to clean up the graffiti.

Speak to Officer Markkanen

Wait for Officer Markkanen to finish speaking with the witness then talk with her yourself. She’ll give you the 411 on what’s happening and then ask for your assistance.

Speak to Functionary Gershon

Make your way over to the nearby elevator and use it to reach the Cabinet Chambers / Interstellar Affairs offices. After reaching the floor, enter the UC Office of Interstellar Affairs and speak with Functionary Gershon who can be found wandering around the office. He’ll say that he can’t speak not because he’s heading off to a meeting but permit you to check out his written statement on his computer.

Check the Computer for Evidence on the Vandal

After Gershon leaves, head over to his computer terminal and then interact with it to access the device. Make sure to check the Tahir Vala, The Well, and A Tale of Two Cities folders.

Speak with Officer Markkanen

Talk with the officer who will ask if you think the Functionary’s account is correct. After, reading all of the files on his computer, it’s clear something else is going on here. Tell her that the kid isn’t the culprit then choose “Functionary Gersohon” when prompted.

Arrest Functionary Gershon at UC Security

Return to the UCSEC building and speak with Yumi who is wrapping up taking the Fucntionary’s testimony. When asked by the Sergeant who the culprit is, arrest Gershon. Yumi will then ask for you to present the evidence in a Persuasion-like event.

Once you succeed, Officer Markkanen will take Gershon away. Sergeant Yumi will then begin talking to you about the great work you’ve done and then mention that they aren’t short on staff anymore so our help in no longer required. You’ll then receive a reward and the mission will be completed.

How to Start the Starfield Peacemaker Mission

Map of where to start the Starfield Peacemaker mission

To start the Peacemaker mission, you’ll first need to complete the Exorcism mission at the Eleos Retreat on Ixyll II in the Ixyll System. During the mission, you’ll need to settle the dispute between the convicts at the retreat and the Trackers. Once that is done and you’ve reported to Sloan, you’ll receive the mission.

Starfield Peacemaker Mission Guide

Speak to Nevan

Nevan's office during the Starfield Peacemaker mission

Make your way to the Administration room on the 2nd level in the southeastern corner of the retreat to find Nevan. Speak with him to learn that their main backer wants to speak with you to get all of the details on what happened firsthand so that she can try to smooth things over with the Trackers to prevent this from happening again. Agree to the request and he’ll send you to Akila City where you’ll want to check in with Justin Snead.

Speak to Justin Snead in Akila City

Return to your ship (or use the starmap) and set a course for Akila City in the Cheyenne System on Akila. When you arrive, enter the city then take a right just before the Hitching Post.

Guard tower where you'll meet the donor during the Starfield Peacemaker mission

You’ll need to use your jetpack to reach the upper wall where you’ll then want to enter the guard tower there to find Justin. Speak with him and agree to his rules before heading upstairs.

Speak to the Donor / Take a Seat

Sit down across from the donor who turns out to be Reisha who happens to be the CEO of a major weapons company. She’ll want you to give her the details of what happened between you and the members of the Trackers Alliance so she can use that to form an agreement with them. For her first question, choose the “All I can confirm is that they were involved in the kidnapping. The rest I wasn’t present for.” option. As for the rest, answer them how you see fit (we told her the truth and also persuaded the Trackers to leave peacefully). Once you’ve given her all the details, you’ll be rewarded with a legendary set of Peacemaker space gear and a legendary Peacemaker to go along with it and the mission will be completed.

Starfield | Starfield Exorcism Mission Guide

by NightlyGamingBinge in

Welcome to NGB and our guide for the Starfield Exorcism mission! In this guide, we’ll cover how you can start the Exorcism mission along with the steps you’ll need to take to complete it. If you’re here looking for help with a specific mission objective, be sure to check out our quick links section which should point you in the right direction!

How to Start the Starfield Exorcism Mission

Map image of where to start the Starfield Exorcism mission

To start the Exorcism mission, you’ll first need to complete the Ghost Hunt mission at the Eleos Retreat on Ixyll II in the Ixyll System. Once you’ve done that by finding the slate in the kidnapper’s quarters and delivering it to Sloan, she’ll ask that you continue to help them out by becoming their mediator thus starting the mission.

Starfield Exorcism Mission Guide

(optional) Ask the Staff How to Deal with the Trackers

Assuming you’re still in the Infirmary at the Eleos Retreat, speak with Sloan, Greg, Monika and Nevan about how they think you should deal with the Trackers. They each tell you how their opinions and Nevan will even give you some credits.

  • Sloan – Listen to them
  • Greg – Show them some force
  • Monika – Tell them they look like bullies
  • Nevan – Pay them off (gives you 2500 credits)

Confront the Trackers

The red couch to await the Trackers on during Starfield Exorcism mission

Leave the retreat heading back to the Abandoned Outpost which you can now fast travel to. Enter the building and make your way back to where they are staying then sit on the red couch just outside their room to wait for them to return.

Approach the Trackers

When the culprits arrive, speak with them to learn the reason they are doing this is because if the retreat keeps convicts out of the bounty system, then they’ll be out of a job. You’ll then have three options: persuade them to stop, kill them or pay them off.

Persuade Option

If you try to go this route, you’ll need to pass a persuasion check to convince them to leave. If you also happen to be a member of the Tracker Alliance, then you’ll get a special persuasion option with a good chunk of points. If you’re successful, they will agree to leave.

Kill Option

If you decide to go this route, then you’ll have to face both of the trackers. The main one will be Level 70 something while the other one will be in the 30s.

Pay Option

To pay off the Trackers, you’ll need to offer them 20,000 credits to get them to leave (that’s a lot more than Nevan gave us). If you don’t have that kind of cash, you’ll also be presented with the option to attack them or persuade them to back off.

Report What Happened to Sloan

Return to the Eleos Retreat to report what happened to Sloan. If you persuaded them to leave or paid them off, she’ll be very pleased that things were resolved peacefully. If you killed them, she won’t be happy but that’s about the extent of it. Regardless of the option, the mission will be completed and you’ll receive the same amount of credits regardless. This will also start the Peacemaker mission.

Return the Slate to the Retreat

Leave the Abandoned Outpost and travel back to the Eleos Retreat. Head inside and bring the slate to Sloan in the Infirmary.

Discuss your Fidnings with the Retreat Staff

Sloan will hand the slate over to Monika who will decrypt the message. We’ll then learn that there are two people causing issues on the retreat and they are from the Tracker Alliance. Sloan will then ask for you to help mediate between the two groups. This will complete the mission rewarding you with some credits and starting the Exorcism mission.

After a decent trek, you’ll come to a cave on the side of a mountain with dark crystals surrounding the entrance. Head inside then work your way through the cave heading southwest. Return to the Retreat

Escort Kilman through the cave and back to the retreat. Once you enter the compound the workers will start shouting that Kilman has returned prompting a conversation.

Listen to the Conversation

Kilman will go through what happened to him claiming that someone put him in a bag and carried him off. Jonah will then demand that the culprit be found and dealt with.
