Go Fishing
Exit Casa de Timothy and head south across the plaza to reach another waterfall.
Shoot into the Pond
Shoot the base of the waterfall to kill some fish.
Collect Dead Fish
Pick up the three dead fish.
Place Dead Fish
Head to the Lonely Hart’s Club east of Timothy’s hideout. Place the dead fish by the window, behind the counter and on the ground next to the slot machine.
Get Shady Cartridge
Follow the objective southwest to find a shady alley. Head into the alley and talk to the Shady Man to receive the cartridge.
Access Mainframe
Head to Hart’s Wild across from the Lonely Hart’s Club and go into the room to the left of the bar.
Enter Password
Interact with the keyboard a couple of times.
Install Algorithm
Interact with the shiny object behind the keyboard.
Kill the Debt Collector
Defeat the enemy.
