How to Start Kill Tarantella
To begin the Kill Tarantella side mission in Borderlands 3, you’ll need to interact with a bounty poster on Sanctuary after completing the Blood Given main mission.

Head to The Splinterlands to find Tarantella. From the Chop Shop fast travel station, head north into the search area. Princess Tarantella II will be easy to spot as she is so big.
