Owl King
During the Disappearance and Distress main quest, you’ll be sent to Cyloda and asked to track down a missing person in the Nevira Snowplains. When you reach that area, you’ll be able to travel to the Owl Forest by speaking to an owl resting on a stump near the campfire by the Rudhir Forest entrance.
