Broken Rock is quite plentiful in the world. It comes in the form of a cluster of pebbles on the ground and can be found at the following locations:
- Roytale – Commercial District
- Windswept Plains – Breezy Field
- Almare Grasslands – Hometown Path
Once you’ve collected 4 that have quality over 20, return to Kati to report and complete the quest.
