Welcome to our guide on where to find all the collectibles in 03 The First Spark of Evil West. In this chapter you’ll find 12 money stashes and 9 lore collectibles.
The First Spark Collectibles
Bucks
When facing the fountain, loot to your left to spot the cash next to a pair of horses.
Collectible – Daily Mail News 1/4
When facing the fountain, it will be on the other side of the carriage closest to the building.
Collectible – President Lincoln and William Rentier
Inside the foyer of the building to the left of the stairs.
Collectible – Daily Mail News 2/4
When facing the main stairs, take a left and head through the doorway to find the lore on the desk to the left.
Collectible – RI Files
From the previous collectible, head away from the desk to find this collectible to the right on a bookshelf.
Collectible – Jesse Among RI Cadets
From the above collectible, keep heading away from the desk to find this on a table in the corner of the room.

From the previous collectible, head up the stairs in the library to spot this cash on a bookshelf.
Collectible – Civil War Time Photo
Head up the stairs in the main foyer and take a left to find this collectible on a bookshelf.
Collectible – First Prototype of the Gauntlet
Second level above the front doors on a glass case.
Collectible – A Portrait of William Rentier
On a chair in the waiting room before the presentation room.

After entering the remains of the zeppelin, it will be to the right just before a ramp.

After speaking with Edgar, you’ll enter the room with all the injured. The trunk will be on the left.

This breakable box will be in the hallway when you’re following the cable to the exit.

After slipping under the door, you’ll enter a room with giant tesla coils. It will be on a bookshelf in this room.

In the room with all the jars, head across the walkway then take a left.
Collectible – Jesse’s Great Grandfather
From the above, continue heading left.

Now head back the other way. Before exiting this jar head room 😉 you’ll find the cash in a breakable box to the right.

After cranking the wheel, you’ll need to shoot the gas pipes which will cause enemies to spawn. You’ll then get the objective to leave the archives. Head inside the giant metal door then look to the right. Melee the fallen debris to find the money.

After you escape the Archives by climbing to the top of the stairwell. Jesse will make the comment about needing to find his father. Follow the path until you get close to the fallen metal beam. To the right there will be some debris you can melee to find the money.

After you get a tutorial on the Energy Pickups from finding the first container, position yourself so that the container is behind you. Head straight. Pass the fence and on the right you’ll find a wall you can melee. Do so to reveal the box containing the bucks.

Enter a broken section of a building to find this cash stash behind an overturned bed.
