This is a guide on the collectibles found in the Bay of Bounty in God of War Ragnarok (GOWR) for 100% area completion. Please note this area is broken up into several different sub-areas!
Dragon Beach
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Nornir Chest x1
- Lore x1
- Buried Treasure x1
- Yggdrasil Rift x1
Lore – Don’t Breathe
This lore can be found at the base of the bridge on the eastern part of the island.
Nornir Chest
This chest can be found on the eastern side of the island under the broken bridge.
To open the chest, break the 3 seals using your axe. One seal can be found behind the geyser that is located behind the chest. The second seal can be found on the south side of the island behind a geyser. You’ll need to the south side of the rock behind the dragon statue to hit it. The third seal can be found behind the geyser on the west side of the island near where you docked the boat. Loot the chest to receive an Idunn Apple.
Yggdrasil Rift
This rift is accessible after completing the Forging Destiny main quest. It will be located on the west side of the bridge.
Buried Treasure
This buried treasure can be found on the south side of the beach near the giant skeleton after obtaining the Washed Ashore treasure map.
The Watchtower
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Draugr Hole x1
- Odin’s Raven x1
Odin’s Raven
This raven can be found flying around the cliffs south of the watchtower.
Radsvinn’s Rig
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Nornir Chests x1
- Lore x1
- Odin’s Ravens x1
- Mining Rigs x1
Mining Rig
Defeat the enemies then interact with the furnace on the rig to shut it down.
Odin’s Raven
This raven can be found sitting on the hook of the crane at the rig.
Nornir Chest
To open this chest, use the Blades of Chaos to ignite the brazier above the symbols. One is to the left of the chest. On the south side, there will be another brazier behind a fence. Throw your axe at the flaming pot to ignite the brazier. The last can be found on the north side of the rig behind some barrels. Use the Sonic Arrows to remove the barrels then use the Blades of Chaos to ignite the brazier. Loot the chest to receive a Horn of Blood Mead.
Lore – Climbing the Ladder
This scroll can be found on the east side of the rig on the ground next to a wheel barrel and some crates.
Lyngbakr Island
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Legendary Chests x1
- Lore x1
- Artifacts x1
- Odin’s Ravens x1
- The Weight of Chains x1
Lore – Regarding the Removal of Resources
After docking the boat, climb up the wall then take a left, jumping over the gap heading west. Follow the wooden ramp up then climb up the chain at the end to find the lore marker.
Artifact – We Who Remain, Part the Second
From the above lore marker, face north and climb up the wall in front of you. Once you reach the top, follow the path to the left. When you reach the end, you can find the artifact on the ground next to a corpse.
Odin’s Raven
This raven can be found towards the western side of the creature. To reach it from the boat, you’ll climb up a wall then follow the path left. Jump across the gap then head up a wooden ramp. To the left there will be a crane. Use it to grapple across. When you land, look to the right to find a small hole you can crawl through. After you emerge, head left to find the raven. If the path near the grapple point is blocked, you’ll need to grab a firebomb past the north gate near where you started to clear it.
Legendary Chest
This chest can be found after ziplining down from the tail of the creature. Open it to receive the Whispering Slab crafting component.
Alberich Island
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Nornir Chest x1
- Legendary Chest x1
- Lore x1
- Odin’s Ravens x2
- Yggdrasil Rift x1
- Berserker Gravestone x1
- The Lost Treasure x1
Nornir Chest
This chest can be found right next to where you dock the boat on the island. To open it, you’ll have to hit the three bells rapidly before the symbol shows up again. One is behind the chest. The other two are northwest of the chest. One is connected to a post that you can raise by throwing the axe at the spinning column. The other is hanging from a crane that you can destroy with a Sonic Arrow. Loot the chest to receive an Idunn Apple.
Berserker Gravestone
This gravestone can be found right next to where you dock your boat. Interact with it then defeat Beigadr The Feared.
Odin’s Raven
You’ll need to complete the Forging Destiny main quest before you can obtain this raven. Once you have the spear, you’ll be able to reach this raven flying around on the east side of the island. It will be to the left of the water wheel.
Yggdrasil Rift
*Reachable after getting spear!* This rift can be found on a wooden platform over the water after using the grapple point on the water wheel.
Odin’s Raven
This raven can be found on the southern island of Alberich Island through a hole in the rock.
Lore – Washed Ashore
This treasure map can be found on the southern island of Alberich Island under a small gear.
Legendary Chest
This chest can be found at the top of the southern island of Alberich Island. Open it to receive a Jewel of Yggdrasil. You will have to open this chest for The Lost Treasure favor.
Althjof’s Rig
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Legendary Chest x1
- Lore x2
- Odin’s Ravens x1
- Mining Rig x1
Odin’s Raven
After you dock your boat, climb up the chain and the bird will be in front of you slightly to your left under the wooden structure.
Lore – The Squasher
This lore can be found after slamming through the breakable floor.
Lore – Passion
After completing the rig, return to the start of the island and raise the gears to make sure the platform is all the way at the top. Jump over the gap to the right of the gear then climb up the chain there. You can then use the Blades of Chaos to swing to the grapple point on the platform then bust through the wall on the other side. The scroll can be found on your right.
Legendary Chest
This chest can be found down the path from the above scroll. Open the chest to receive the Light Rune Attack.
Modvitnir’s Rig
In this area, the following collectibles can be found:
- Legendary Chests x1
- Lore x1
- Buried Treasure x1
- Mining Rigs x1
Legendary Chest
This chest can be found after climbing up the first part of the rig. Open it to receive a Muspelheim Seed Half.
Lore – Warning Lore Marker
From the legendary chest, move the crane so it’s in the southwestern gap (gap to the right of the chest). Use the Blades of Chaos to swing across then drop down to the right to find the lore marker.
Buried Treasure
After docking the boat, climb up the ledge to find the treasure.
