The container is located behind the counter in the gas station.

The container is located on the roof above the gas pumps. You can reach it by climbing on the gas station’s roof and jumping across.
3. Storage Container
The container is in the building on the southwest side of the pit stop in a room on the east side of the building past the garage.
4. & 5. Storage Containers
The containers are located next to bed frames on the first floor of the building on the southeast side of the pit stop.

The data pad is located on an overturned red and white vending machine in the gas station.
