Defeat 3 Quetzalcoatl with Gunfire Skills
Travel to COMP Smith in the Mansei Realm then head inside and speak with Tatara. She’ll ask you to defeat 3 Quetzalcatl with gunfire skills. Quetzalcoatl can be found in Arrow Sector 3F near Gate 3. After you defeat 3 of them with gunfire attacks or skills, return to Tatara to complete the request.
