Make your way to Shinsando and speak with the Cheerful Woman who can be found near Zafiro. She will introduce herself as Ako and is looking for her first love from when she was a kid. Head over to Bar Heidrun and have a drink with Arrow. Afterwards, return to Ako and give her the news to complete the request.
