The chest is located in the main building with a storage container.

Two containers are located on a table and set of blue crates near the elevator leading down to the Bridge Block.
3. Storage Container
The container is located in the main building in the same room as the ark chest.
4. Storage Container
The container is located in the back of the garage next to the vehicle.
